We are dedicated to providing every client with a quality offering.
We charge a set fee per ‘donor recruited’ that includes
costs related to the campaign set up, a welcome call, a non payers
call if necessary, an upgrade call after six months and all data
and admin costs.

At the beginning of the contract, we provide every
client with a schedule, which indicates the number of donors we
expect to sign up for each month of the campaign. Obviously this
is not an exact science but it helps our clients to plan financially.

are at the core of our business ::
Strong client relationships are key to our success. Each client
has an allocated client services contact to make daily communication
efficient and to ensure any queries are dealt with as rapidly as
possible. We provide both weekly and monthly status reporting to
every client.

to ongoing fundraiser training ::
We have a stringent hiring process and are committed to ongoing training. This helps to lower staff turnover and ensures that every staff member shares our commitment for delivering a quality service to our clients. Every new fundraiser attends a comprehensive core skills training course before they commence work. However our commitment to training does not end there. Coaches observe Fundraisers and Team Leaders, giving regular feedback and ongoing support and training. Each employee benefits from a monthly one-to-one review, during which goals are set and monitored. All fundraisers are equipped with in-depth information to maintain their professionalism and passion for the cause.

We operate a mix between residential and 'roaming' teams, offering our clients comprehensive coverage of the United Kingdom and the opportunity to recruit donors from all walks of life. Our fundraiser turnover is low, which makes our teams both experienced and well trained. A strong coaching ethos means that Face2Face Fundraisers are among the best trained and informed in the sector. :: Attrition Programme ::
We recognise that our clients return
on investment is dependent on the long term giving of the new donors
we generate. To this end, we offer all of our clients the
opportunity to join our attrition programme, where we share unique
reference numbers and model data to look for trends with a view
to offering free data and communication strategy consultancy.
