Face2Face Fundraising grew out of its sister company NTT Fundraising, a telephone fundraising specialist. NTT Fundraising was established in 1988 and was part of ActionAid, the overseas development charity.

In 1999 NTT Fundraising diversified into direct approach fundraising. In November 2001 the company was bought by the Dialog Group and became an independent company. At the same time, because of the demand for direct approach fundraising, Dialog Group separated this element of the work from the telephone fundraising operation and a second specialist company was started – Face2Face Fundraising UK Ltd. In 2007, Face2Face Fundraising UK became a division of TDG Operations Ltd, a UK company offering street and telephone fundraising as well as donor relationship management and BACS services.

Our strong commitment to staff development is demonstrated in the make up of the senior management team. Most of the team started life as either Fundraisers or Team Leaders, working their way through the company's ranks, marked by consistent success in their field. Their experience provides them with the ability to understand fundraising from all perspectives, offering added value to our clients, our business partners and our company.

At the heart of the field management team are our Coaches. These experts in motivation and fundraising techniques are responsible for ensuring that we fulfil our fundraising commitments to the highest standards of compliance. They are passionate and committed, working hard to maintain a highly motivated and happy workforce that achieves great results for our charity partners.
