:: Structure ::
Face2Face Fundraising has 18 residential fundraising teams, based throughout England and Wales. In addition to this, we operate 2 'roaming' teams, which allow our client partners to gain support in whichever part of the country they choose. Each team consists of at least 5 Fundraisers and a dedicated Team Leader, who is charged with ensuring the professionalism, motivation and safety of the team at all times. The Team Leader reports in turn to a Coach, who can be responsible for up to four teams of fundraisers at any time. This ensures that Team Leaders and Fundraisers benefit from regular contact from a senior manager, helping us to better manage campaigns, delivering the highest levels of quality in the industry. The field operation is overseen by our experienced Field Operations Manager, who has more than 5 years street fundraising management experience and who remains dedicated and passionate to our charity partner's causes.
:: Sites ::
Our site co-ordination team liaises with Local Authorities and Town Centre Managers to gain access into towns and cities across the UK. Co-ordinators also meet regularly with other fundraising agencies to develop and run site management schemes. The team is constantly researching new sites and venues, including those proposed and suggested by the fundraising teams themselves, and works with the PFRA to help promote good relationships with site access controllers.
:: Recruitment and Training ::
All our recruitment is carried out in-house. Our Coaches deliver a comprehensive core skills training course to every new recruit. As well as preparing individuals for professional face-to-face fundraising, the training also covers health and safety, PFRA guidelines and the value that professional face-to-face fundraising brings to our clients and their causes. Outside of training new recruits, Coaches work closely with the Campaigns team and client partners to ensure that their campaign is developed with street fundraising in mind, work with team leaders to maintain passion and results through commitment to the campaign and help transition from one campaign to another.
:: Campaigns Team::
Each client has a dedicated account manager who liaises
with them regularly on matters such as materials, sites and any
queries they may encounter.Each of our clients is provided with
a weekly report detailing their campaign results. We also meet with
each other monthly to provide complete statistical analysis, campaign
feedback and recommendations.
:: Data ::
Dialog Services manage the processing of our mandates.
They ensure data is handled carefully and information is securely
stored. We use the latest technology to ensure accuracy and security
of all data throughout the process; we will work hard to meet your
specific requirements.
:: Calling ::
All new donors are passed to our sister company NTT
for welcome calling. NTT are situated in the same building as ourselves.
In addition, where clients provide us with data related to donors
who have made 6 regular monthly payments, these are also passed
to NTT for upgrade calling. This calling is included in the ‘price
per donor.’
